In mathematics, scale factor is defined as Ratio of any two identical length in two given similar Geometry. Here we will see how to find scale factor. To find the scale factor of any shape we have to divide the shortest side to the longest side. Suppose we have two figures and if both figures are equivalent then reduced ratio of any two corresponding sides is known as scale factor of similar figures. This is how we can find the scale factor.
